DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR NEXT CAR FROM ELSEY?ˆ™S AUTO SALES THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Elsey?ˆ™s auto sales. Both of them had mechanical issues within the first 72 hrs. One of the vehicles transmissions began slipping and the engine light came on. When I advised them of this they told me to buy the warranty 3 days after purchase. After buying the warranty, the warranty company researched the ... view morecar end advised that ?ˆ?ELSEY?ˆ?S AUTO SALES KNEW ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION TROUBLE?ˆ? because the dealership they purchased it from took the car to the same auto shop I did which checked the transmission and observed the same problems I did and the dealership and Elsey?ˆ™s did not bother to fix it. Hence I have no warranty that I paid for. When I asked Elsey?ˆ™s to help with the transmission even put $500.00 toward it so I would not be without a car, just something to help. They told me to go get a lawyer a sue them because they are not helping. Well there is no law against being a JERK! Evidently they don?ˆ™t believe in word of mouth, good customer service, honest business transactions, etc. I have purchased many cars in my life and from many different dealers but NEVER have I dealt with someone as heartless, greedy, slimly you name it as Elsey?ˆ™s Auto Sales don?ˆ™t be fooled by the ?ˆ?Jesus?ˆ? act the owner plays. When I was hysterically crying in front of my 3 year old no longer having a car to drive for over a week after they sold me a lemon purposely and knew about it they said sorry were not helping you many want to get an attorney. Not one single solitary red shiny penny went in to that vehicle from Elsey?ˆ™s Auto sales. For the record I spent almost $40,000 that day when I purchased the 2 cars from that lot. Now I am trying to get rides back and forth to work while my car is in the shop. Thanks Liz my kid really appreciates what you did to my family. Thanks for making a memorable moment for my kid. Me having to explain why mommy was crying her eyes out and why mommy does have a car. GREAT JOB RUINING MY LIFE.
