I worked here. horrible place to take ur car trust me
This is what is really going on at this place. First and foremost...when I started working there were only 2 other tire techs on a rotation of 7 days....that means off the bat I was working 12+ hours a day...in my first week I was taught nothing about the policys and procedures related to the proper way to change tires and fix flats. As well to tire balancing and rotations...safety and troubleshooting. I basically ha... view mored to fight to learn by asking questions and trough mistakes to customer cars. (Broken/striped lugnuts...proper lift placement). Lucky for me I had prior knowledge to the basics of cars and had tinkered here and there on my own vehicle, so I was a fast learner. Though with that said I still was clueless to what I was doing for at least a weak. It was nit until I messed up a customers car that I would get the attention and education to the proper way. Most the time asking for help was.like pulling teeth becuase all the employees and manager`s were disgruntled and had a bad additute about helping the new guy. Managers would just throw us work. And let me remind you there are three managers for 6 employees. 3 mechanics....3 tire techs. Most the time we were in the back working non stop for prolonged hours while the managers would sit up front texting on there phones or talking with eachother. The simple task of checking a walk in customers tire pressure was too much for them. instead they would get me to stop everything I was doing and walk across the shop to check the pressure for them...anyways im getting off subject...basically in a nut shell the managers were not having safety meetings. We are supposed to have one every day, week, and month. In my few weeks there we did not have one. Managers were also buying customers cars that were broken and having the mechanics fix them on the shops time so they could flip them. One manager (a important one leaves troughout the day to run errands l, and dose not clock out....alot of the time he would be on the schedule working till mid after noon...and not clock him self then...he would have another manager clock him out so it would look like he was working. employees would smoke weed out in there cars on break. Managers aware would not care....basically no one cares at this placen..they want ur money and the only effort they put in is up until they get it. After that they leave the details to the wind. So if u read this just be aware that this is the condition of this establishment as of the date on this post.the only good thing in there are the two white mechanics currently busting there asses everyday for a place that is low grade in rules and regulations. Thats all I really have to say. Sorry for the bad news but you should have a right to know who is touching ur car...

Flat Tire they Couldn`t Fix!
We here three times and never fixed my flat tire. I ended up paying and yet took the car to the dealer.

Not As Bad As You Think
I went in recently to have an oil change. There was going to be about a 2 hour wait (people behind the counter said that`s pretty standard for a Saturday and by the looks of the packedf house and staff running around I could understand that). I told them that I really didn`t want to wait but I needed the oil change so I told them I would leave it with them and for them to call me when it was ready. About 3 hours afte... view morer leaving it with them I got a call telling me that they did this health inspection thing on my car and noticed that I needed some work done. I couldn`t have it done (no money) but they gave me some options that, for me, didn`t work, but seemed like they were willing to work with me. Told me what was severe and what could wait. I don`t understand all these reviews that say they take so long...it`s not like it`s Jiffy Lube. This is an actual mechanic shop. I`d rather take 2-3 hours out of my day waiting for someone to do the oil change then wasting the whole day doing it myself.

Wonderful Service
Yesterday, I went in to service my vehicle. Troy is a pleasent change to the team at Tire Kingdom. After my vehicle was taken in, Troy took me to the Mall then called when my service was completed and picked me up. The Service was EXCELLENT and my vehicle was ready on arrival.

They lie about work performed
I took my car in to have tires rotated and balanced and the front end alignment checked. All were to be done under warranty. First I called and they said to bring it right in, no wait. When I got there 10 minutes later, the same guy on the phone said it would be an hour and one-half before they could work on it. When I asked what happened in 10 minutes, he said I must have talked to someone else. I recognized th... view moree voice and the only other guy answering the phone was standing their and he denied it. Being in a bind, I waited and watched them do the work through their window. They rotated and balanced the tires, but never checked then alignment. When I asked, he said they did a realignment. I asked where they did it and he said in a different stall. I watched the whole time. They never took the car to the other stall. In will not be back. These guys are not worth doing business with.

Rip Off Central
These guys are really just unbelievable - I`m out of town so my wife takes our van there for a simple oil change - next thing you know we`ve got estimates for over $800 in recommended repairs - including replacing an almost brand new tire cause it has a ""busted belt"" that can`t be seen - not sure how they managed to see it - but that did not slow them down for insisting that it get replaced immediately. If you g... view moreo here for an oil change just be warned that you`ll get the high pressure repair sales job thrown in there for free - Well not exactly free if you agree to pay for their BS repairs. If you don`t know much about your vehicle or mechanical systems I`d simply stay away so as not to get stuck with many TOTALLY UNNECESSARY repairs.

Confused by negative feedback, They were so nice, not pricey
I am quite confused by all the negativity. Maybe back then when these other comments were made, there were awful people but I was there this week and I was treated with respect, and had everything explained to me. They were cheaper than the guy I had taken my car to the week before, that is why I went there. My car is now running better than it has in 6 months, my front end is not pulling to the right and I think t... view morehe service was great, the people who work there were friendly. I would go back again!

Do not do business here !
Huge mistake if you go here. These guys contradict each other. They use ""safety"" as a scare tactic to get you to buy more from them. They tell you one price then up-charge you. They under estimate then overcharge.
THere are plenty of other business establishments in town that perform the kind of service they offer. These guys straight up lie to you.
I will never do business here again.

Big Mistake
I should have read the reviews, I know vehicles and prices. I GOT RIPPED OFF. I was there for 1 1/2 hour they billed me for 3, they quoted rotors for $70 and charged me $78.99 plus tax. They charged $30 for the free rear brake inspection, etc.. Con artists!
I was too tired to fight the two people behind the counter.
Never Again! I payed over double compared to an honest mechanic!
