Charlie will treat you right at Southern Automotive - We went to AAA Car Care Centers on North Community House Rd - They failed us for our State Vehicle Inspection saying that we needed 3 things done - a new Power Steering Pump and Serpentine Belt and a License Plate bulb - also they pointed out to us we should have the Front Axle Shaft replaced. All this did not sit right with us. A friend of ours mentioned that... view more they have always went to Southern Automotive and have been treated fairly - so we went - Charlie said he would have one of his guys look over the car - No Power Steering Pump was needed but he agreed that the Serpentine Belt should be replaced and the License Plate Bulb to pass the test. But as for the Front Axle Shaft needing to be replaced he did not agree. The noise we have been hearing had to do with the Front Struts - Once he replaced them, the noise went away. We will be using Southern Automotive in the future for service and any needed repairs.
