Traded in my 2008 nissan sentra on Jan 27,2013 for a 2012 Nissan versa VIN 3N1BC1CP3CK290068.
Wells Fargo gave a verbal payoff (negotiated) of $11,250 (down from $14,566). No one at nissan requested this in writing and now wells fargo is denying that lower payoff was ever given. I have tried calling and keep getting the run around- I`m assuming they have too.

The sales rep that sold me the car was not diligent in getting back with me regarding this issue, so I called and spoke with the sales Manager (both Tron and Mo Parker). A week later, I still hadn`t heard back, so I called yesterday- was put on hold for 9 minutes and then was told someone would call me back and of course no one ever did.
Now I`m still showing I owe a balance of approximately $3400 which Nissan is refusing to absorb despite their error. The DEAL is already complete between myself (my grandmother) and nissan. I feel as though I`m not responsible for something that should be a mandatory step in the process of completing the deal. I should have never been allowed to drive off of that lot until everything was completed and now over a month later its STILL an issue.
I`m extremely frustrated with their lack of keeping me up to date on the progress. I expressed this to both sales managers, yet they have gone a week without contacting me whatsoever.
They called me 3/13 to let me know they were reversing my deal and i could pick my 2008 Sentra back up tomorrow.
I`ve filed a complaint with the BBB ... ever heard of Rip off report? Filing one there too
I`m also going to contact the local news station. They wanted to add the $3,400 on to my loan ... i traded in my sentra in order to get a lower car payment.. not have another high payment for another 6 years
not to mention- they KNEW of the issue before I contacted anyone but my sales rep called me 2 days before I found out asking me on a date and asking me to fill out his survey and give him all 10s
When I expressed my frustration to my sales rep- his reply "ARE YOU DONE?" I also have texts in my phone from the sales man after I contacted the sales manager ( i had asked to not be contacted by mr lawrence anymore) stating i was throwing him under the bus, etc etc etc

Terrible Place
I will never buy another vehicle from
This place. I went there with a friend and I bought a fully loaded Nissan Altima and she wasn`t even going to get anything. She ended up purchasing an Xterra. The guy screwed me on the price and part of that is my fault. I got suckered into the service plan and extended warranty which ended up costing me an extra 4K and I put $1,000 down and still financed $32,000 and change. My... view more buddy bough a fully loaded Nissan Infiniti up at Nissan in Lake Norman and paid $36k for his with the extended warranty and service plan. I went there the other day to see about trading in an they are basically screwing me again. Trying to finance me an xterra for $38,000 with $10,000 negative equity on my car. I went to Concord Nissan and they dropped the price of the Xterra $4,000 and gave me $2,000 more dollars for a trade. Not I mention when I got the Altima I was told I could make appointments for my oil changes so I didn`t have to wait. Not true. The past two times I went it was a two hour wait. The people that work there are also very pushy and not very nice. I would suggest finding a better Nissan Dealer.

I took my car in due to it smelling of fuel real bad. For them to fix it, they quoted me $540. I spent that afternoon calling around to get quotes from other places. Everyone was in the $300`s and $400`s. So, I decided to pick my car up and take it somewhere else. I drove home and a couple hours later, I went to run an errand and saw that my car had dripped a HUGE puddle of gas (which it was not doing before). ... view moreI called them to ask what was going on and if it was okay to drive. They told me it was dripping before. Well, since it is my car and I see it all the time, I am sure it was not dripping before. I`m glad this random man told me my car was dripping before. They wouldn`t discuss with me what was going on but just said it wasn`t safe to drive anymore. And that was that. I will not be returning here for service.

Rich was wonderful
He took his time to explain everything about our new Nissan Leaf.He even took us into service and showed us where he charges the Leaf. We met the Leaf tech Joe and he answered some questions for us as well. South Charlotte Nissan and Rich are top notch.
