If you own an Euro that is not under warranty and you take it anywhere but Eurowise you are making a massive mistake, especially if you own a bimmer. The BMW mechanic, Craig, takes service to another level, especially if you know nothing about cars.
Every time I think of having to take my car to the mechanic, I cringe. These guys actually make it enjoyable. They will educate you if you take the time to listen, some... view moretimes feed you, and give you ride to anywhere nearby! They are also located close to the light rail which is incredibly convenient. They will treat you like they know you!
Not many mechanics, let alone businesses still run a company like Mike, the owner does Eurowise. Do not be stupid like me and think you are getting a deal at a mechanic you know! These are guys are a lot cheaper than their competition, and they are very on point!
110% across the board.

I DROVE my car in to get an oil change and a diagnostic, I ended up having to TOWING it back home because the technician messed it up. They told me that the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay went out and that the battery died on them, all of this was fine before I drove it in to them. I thought this was very suspicious, I towed it back home and having a little knowledge about cars I decided to research what was reall... view morey wrong. After spending an extra expense of towing the car back. Once I thoroughly checked the car out, I found out that whoever worked on this car loosed one of the relays and that is why it would not start. If I would have listened to them I would have incurred an additional unnecessary expense of having to buy a fuel pump and relay from them, pay for labor and installation only to find out that it will still not start. I am glad that I was able to figure that out, but I wasted a lot of my time and energy on it because of a dumb mistake on their part. I will never EVER take any of my vehicles here again, and will tell everyone I know to stay far away. This shop will not take proper care of your vehicle and will mess it up even more. I am appalled at the low skill level of these mechanics, I am not a mechanic and I found the problem on my own.

Satisfied customer!
Eurowise conducted the most thorough assessment I have ever had on my 2003 BMW X5 about 2 weeks ago. I knew there were numerous repairs that needed attention. The assessment was prioritized as to what repairs were most urgent. This was very helpful as I went ahead and had Eurowise address the most urgent repairs.
I will not be using the dealership service any more.

Great Service at Reasonable Prices!
It is difficult to find auto repair shops that know euro cars well. Especially Land Rovers. Eurowise understands them well while providing a great service at a reasonable price.

Customer service has improved, but still not satisfied
10-28-2011
I had to say customer service has improved to a 100%. I was able to establish a relationship with the owner Mike. So I decided to go ahead and swap my automatic transmission to manual. Although it took a little longer than expected the guys did a great job (after swapping was done there were some minors problems that I had to come back to be taken care, but nothing major). Mike was very nice and helpful d... view moreuring the process. I will come back as a customer to Eurowise. Even at first I did not have a good experience Eurowise did the best they could to have me as satisfied customer. Thank you Eurowise.
I had a bad customer service experience at this shop around the end of June 2011. First of all I was given an estimate of $1600 to repair issues related to the engine light on my VW Jetta 1998. I left my car on a Tuesday and car was not ready until Friday, so it took them 4 days to have my car ready. No one call me to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. I had to call the shop around 3 times during the week about the status on my car. I finally picked up my car on Saturday (after 5 days being on the shop). I paid for the repair about $2100. The guy at the counter Phil Pinto was not friendly at all when I was reviewing my bill and asking questions about the job done on my car. After he (Pinto) handed the car keys he did not even tell me where my car was located or bring the car for me to their parking lot. I had to walk & search for my car on the street and finally find it about half of a block from the shop. When I turned on my car I noticed that right side back seat window was not repaired (I was charged for this). I went back to the shop and I talked to Pinto about it and he stated ""I was not here when the car was dropped off for repair"" and he called the owner to talk to me. I spoke to Mike he stated that the part (window regulator) was ordered from the dealer and will arrive on Monday. Mike gave me 2 choices either leave the car with them (no body bother to call or let me know about the ""window regulator"") or come back on Monday. I took my car and told them I will come back on Monday. Meanwhile on Sunday I was driving my car and all of a sudden engine light went off again. I called the shop on Monday and spoke to Keith very nice guy. He stated that the part has not arrive yet and that they will call me as soon as the part arrives. I also explained to him about engine light went off again. Tuesday I called them again around 11am spoke to Keith and stated shipping of the day has not arrive yet. Mike (owner) called 2 hrs after and indicated part has arrived and to bring car to the shop which I did. Finally my car was ready on Wednesday. My car was ok for about 3 to 4 weeks from the last time I left the shop. Now (end of July beginning of August) my car has turn off about 5 times when I wait on a traffic light and guess what engine light is back on again. I`m taking my car back to have them check again (warranty on repairs with this shop suppose to be 1 yr or 12K miles whichever comes first). I will write a review after they check my car for the third time.

Customer Service. They do it right.
I have been going to Eurowise since they have been established in CLT and not once have I been disappointed with the service, price, or knowledge these guys have. They love what they do and they do it right. As long as I own my VW, I will only take it to Eurowise. On multiple occasions they have worked with my schedule to drop off / pick up my car and have always been accommodating. Seriously can`t say enough good th... view moreings about these guys. Just a damn good shop with great customer service.

Thanks for keeping me SAFE!
Even though I`ve been a small time client from the beginning I`m always treated with the utmost respect. Yesterday the OWNER picked up my car from my office for service. My car was returned to me clean (no greasy hand prints) with a caveat that I must have tires on the car within 48 hours because they were in such bad shape. -That`s not why the car was in for service either... they just checked it.
My favori... view morete Eurowise story is meeting one of the guys at the Woodlawn lite rail station where, as the train stopped to let folks off, I passed my key off to one of the guys who was waiting for me at the platform, got right back on the train without missing a beat. The next morning I parked my car at the Woodlawn station and they picked it up; serviced it; called me when it was done; picked ME up from the Woodlawn station after work and took me to the shop.
I LOVE these guys. Even as the business has grown and they broaden the scope of their custom services they still treat me - small time oil change and regular maintenance girl - like I`m part of the family. My $$ means just as much as the next guys $$$$.
You just can`t beat the service. And I`m as picky as they come when it comes to my GTI.

Eurowise FTMFW
Hey guys, i just wanted to share my recent experience with Eurowise.
These guys really took care of me -- i felt they went above and beyond the call of duty and this was my first visit with them.
I dropped my car off on Thursday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday noon-time. I had planned to just get the OE IMRC Runner (Intake Manifold flap) and an OE N80 Valve (Purge valve) replaced because my car`s parts ... view morewere screwed up and getting them installed at Eurowise would have been much much cheaper than the dealership. To my surprise, the guys at Eurowise also ran a full computer and engine diagnostic to figure out the gaps left behind by the CEL and the service managers at the dealership.
They also helped me gauge my future expenses on a few other repairs I have to do on my `06 MKV GLI and the guy that was helping me, Phil, informed me of a few other small fixes they implemented in the engine (loose boost hoses, etc.). He also gave me some tips on some other practices I should start to combat the nasty blow-by and carbon deposits that build up b/c I have a FSI car...
Bottom-line, i really felt confident that I left my car with guys that know what they`re doing, I felt NOT cheated, and for the first time, I walked out of the shop feeling I was going to get more than I paid for -- and I felt confirmed of that feeling after I picked up my car on Saturday. I am definitely going back for everything else!
Thanks, Eurowise!
