Best Auto Service in Charlotte !!!!!

What an awesome group of guys. Damonhill is SOOO WRONG. They are fair, honest and extremely well priced. I am very frugal about my expenses and they are always better than the competition. I was there last month and they had someone with a bad engine, the owner told him it was no charge to check it, then sent him to the dealer as it was covered under warranty. You don`t see that kind of honesty these days. They... view more were $100 lower than the new Firestone on a $500 job. They have great reviews, and letters on the wall of the shop from satisfied customers. I`ve even seen customers bring them donuts... you do not see that often and sure not for bad service.... Look at all the positive comments on here... They will do my service as long as I live here. If they are good enough for all those Time Warner trucks, they are good enough for me...

Not honest -avoid

I got quoted over the phone a decent price to replace a part. Once I got there, they wanted to charge me more than the dealership itself. When I inquired about the reason for this change in price, they told me the part they bought was $50. When I checked with the autopart next door, the part was $23. They still charged me $100 labor...for only half an hour, a do it yourself task that because I have arthritis, I can`t... view more do. Great price, Great Service

I visited this establishment for the first time today. The only reason I went was because they are close to where I live and I was afraid to drive my van much further. I was pleasantly surprised! The entire staff is professional and friendly. The waiting area is clean and the coffee was fresh and hot. They also offer wifi which I will take advantage of the next time I visit.
However, here is the best part - Not o... view morenly was the service quick, but I felt really good about spending my money here. Here is what happened - I needed 2 front tires and an alignment. There was one tire that HAD to be repaired no matter what. Sal (employee) brought me back into the shop to examine exactly what was going on which I found impressive. I really didn`t have the money to get all of this done even though the quote was respectable. I decided that I would just replace the one tire that was badly damaged and that I would get the alignment. We agreed that I could come back next month for the other tire. A few minutes later, Sal came back to me and said that he had talked it over with someone else at the business and that they really felt that the vehicle wasn`t safe without both tires being replaced. He said that he would rather drop the labor charges and discount the alignment for me so that I could afford to be safe, than to let me roll out without a safe vehicle. And true to his word, Sal dropped the price by about $90 so that I could afford it. I was in an out pretty quickly, felt as though I was treated well, and now my van rides like a dream. Thanks so much! Arowinds will be getting all of my business from here on out.

Excellent Service

I needed to replace all 4 tires and have my car alligned. The men treated me with respect, answered all of my questions and even quoted me a lower price than a Walmart quote I had received. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was finished when I went there at 1pm. I would strongly reccomend Arowinds Tire. The car feels like it is brand new.

Wonderful service and workmanship!!

Awesome customer service. I do not like the treatment I get as a woman at most auto establishments. These guys explain everything in detail and are very well versed in adapting to a woman`s lack of knowledge. I had asked for an alignment when my car had a wobble, they explained that is not what I needed and saved me money and educated me on some of the basics of the car on a fancy computer in the lobby. Excellent service with fair pricing.

Excellent...... Was shopping for brakes, stopped in Steele Creek and was quoted $200, for a basic brake service. I stopped in Arowinds and they were $129. Explained the service, and the premium pads. They showed me the issues with my car and explained everything on an interactive computer. I know nothing about cars but Jesse and Del (?) were great. WOW..... What a change......

I have used this shop for the last few years. I never had a problem, but the customer service was never outstanding and a bit slow. I was in last week and was amazed. The business has new owners and the two guys are great. They were extremely helpful, and I was in and out in 45 minutes, where in the past it would have taken the entire day for my van. my first choice

We`ve been using this firm since 1991 and we`re very satisfied. They do the regular maintenance, repairs and new tires for our auto and truck. Skilled and friendly professtionals. I like the fact that this company is a Goodyear Gemini dealer which I can depend on for quality work and their guarantee. A busy shop with me as a happy customer or I wouldn`t be writing this.
