Deplorable Customer Service

I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to this establishment to have a recall issue worked on. When I went to pick-up my vehicle I noticed the whole left rear bumper was pushed in and the left rear tail was broken. I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager; he took pictures and then sent my vehicle to a local collision repair facility for an estimate. Let me add that he assured me that they would be... view more covering the complete cost for the repair. About 2 weeks later I was told to contact their insurance company. I was informed that since the Jeep dealership determined that none of their employees caused the damage and it was more than likely caused by a third party they would not be paying for the complete cost of the repair, and that they would only cover my deductible. I now face the possibility of having my insurance premium being raised. I need to mention that I have read all documents from the dealership and no where does it state that if any damage results while the vehicle is on their property and the damage is not caused by one of their employees then they cannot be held liable for the complete cost of the repair.. I will never use these people again for anything.
