those morons over at 1738 Gerv...

those morons over at 1738 Gervais St said i needed to replace my battery b/c my car was having a hard time starting up. funny thing is, i got a new battery before i went to firestone. on top of that, they tried to bs me in getting a bunch of other stuff to get fixed for stupidly inflated prices. i took my car to a more reputable place right down the street and they fixed it no problem without charging me an ar... view morem or leg.

Firestone located at 1738 Gervais St, Columbia, SC 29201: terrible place and run by a bunch of noob mechanics. Apparently they can`t drive manual transmissions and they misplaced a bunch of fasteners when they replaced my oil. of course, they completely denied this.

omg, went for an oil change service and they freaken overfilled it!! how do they not know how to properly do an oil change is beyond me...

Quality of the work performed ...

Quality of the work performed was poor. They actually scratched my wheel pretty bad when I went to get it rotated and balanced. They wouldn`t cover the damage for me!

stay away. took my car to fix...

stay away. took my car to fix a flat and the mechanic ended up ruining my transmission. The mechanic stalled it out numerous times, scratched my wheel and now my 5th gear is messed up. They won`t take liability for it. Go elsewhere with more qualified mechanics that actually knows how to treat and take care of cars.
