CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. THE GIRL UP FRONT IS RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. ON THE CRAZY SIDE. THEY DID EVEN MORE DAMAGE TO MY CAR THAN WHEN IT ORIGINALLY WENT IN. NO EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS. THEY ARE GREASE MONKEYS AT BEST.

My bestfriend and i broke down...

My bestfriend and i broke down in Walterboro S.C at the end of August. We started to call around places, the girl (Fred)(redhead) was awesome she told us to come on in (yet this was at 7am when the didn`t open til 8). They we`re nice, friendly, reasonable, even offered to drive us to the store to get coffee. Great Customer Service!

I recently had work done to my vehicle at MasterTech in Walterboro SC and these guys do great business! An hour after my vehicle was there is had been looked over by the mechanic and they called with an explanation of the problem. Parts were ordered and a quote was sent to my warrenty company! Honda

I recently had my Honda at Mastertech. The dealership wanted 360.00 for repairs that only took approximately 1 hour to complete. I was extremely happy with the service and they checked my car out for my 60,000 mile service. I am done with the dealer and recommend Mastertech for all repairs. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!

I am an Active Duty Soldier from Fort Bragg, NC and my truck broke down as I was passing through Walteboro, SC. I called this business who towed it to their shop to run their free diagnostic. When they called me with the estimate I declined their service as I could not afford the repair at the time. They then tried to deal with me but I still declined. They then told me I could get the truck at my convenience aft... view moreer I paid them over 500 dollars for labor. I asked what labor? They told me that they tore apart my transmission, and when I told them that I did not agree to any labor to be done they then told me that was not their problem that I couldn`t get it until I paid that fee and that 35 dollars a day was being added for torage until I could afford to pick it up. Since then they have told lies to authorities and my lawyer saying that I agreed to the service. All of it being their word against mine. I would not recommend this business to anyone. In my opinion they are more worried about lining their pockets rather than providing quality service. I am just a Soldier, I can`t afford it???
