Completely Worthless

I have had two separate experiences with this company once having my car towed and once trying to get a vehicle towed. The first time was when someone had double parked and blocked me into my spot near my apartment in downtown Columbia. I called this business to have the illegally parked car towed and was "greeted" by a person who was both very short and acted as if I was wasting their day by calling in to ... view moreuse there "service." After telling him of the situation the person told me that the car would be towed within the hour. After returning from work about five hours later the offending car was still parked in the same place. I attempted to call in but only got a message machine after leaving a message and not getting a call back I eventually called another tow truck company. I never received a call or an explanation for why the car that was illegally parked in an area that this company was suppose to service was never taken care of. Obviously I wasn`t happy having my car towed in the first place but to further my frustration when I called in and could only get a voice recording. I left my name and number and waited for a callback, which after three hours (during business hours on a Thursday) never came. I eventually had to get a ride over to this business in order to get in contact with anyone. Upon arrival I was told they had not towed my vehicle and I would have to look elsewhere to find it, however when I walked around the outside of the building I saw my vehicle parked in their lot. With the exception of not scratching up my vehicle there was absolutely nothing done right in this situation I would urge any business or individual considering using this company to strongly reconsider. My experience have shown this business to have a complete lack of organization, professionalism, and consideration that are generally prerequisites to any successful business. I would recommend using City Garage in Columbia SC or attempting to tow a car yourself (by hand) before using this company.
