This dealership gets 1 star because you can`t give them negative numbers. They push their warranty to get you to buy a car, but don`t honor it when the time comes. Their service department and manager are a joke. Walk the halls of the service center and see all the banners from service awards in 2011. Apparently they had great service. Buyer beware that`s a thing of the past.

A customer for life

My husband I recently drove through Dick Smith just to look around and kill time before we had to pick our child up from school. We got out to look at a Sonata, and fell in love with it. They had 1 exactly the way I wanted, and we ended up taking it home. we really were not in the market for a new car at all. Great service from Gordon Orr

My salesperson, Gordon Orr, was especially helpful. He worked with me to find the model. trim package, and color in local inventory in order to get me the exact car i was looking for. I was dreading the pricing discussions, because sales people can be so pushy. However, Gordon and his manager worked with meet to meet my pricing expectations, and their finance department got me a great deal on financing. I came to Hyundai because I was impressed with the warranty, but the courtesy and service of the sales and service staff at Dick Smith let me know that I made the right choice for my new vehicle.

Ken Davis is awesome!

Before we went to Dick Smith, I was dreading it because usually car dealers are so pushy. When we got to Dick Smith, Ken Davis was awesome! He wasn`t pushy at all and was excited to help us! If you do go there, please ask for Ken and he`ll make you laugh and make you feel comfortable.
