Where do I begin??? After taking my vehicle in at 8:30 for service, I didn`t receive it until nearly 2:00. The young lady working the cash register and the auto mechanic were very nice and accommodating however, the OWNER was the meanest, nastiest, hostile, unprofessional individual that I have had the displeasure dealing with. The cashier informed me of the amount that I owed for service so I (like most people) pul... view moreled out my credit card to pay. She kindly told me that the credit card swiper had been out of service for the past couple of weeks so she gave me the option of going to a nearby ATM to retrieve cash. When I originally took out my credit card, the owner became belligerent, yelling that they don`t take credit cards, I would have to pay another way. As the cashier tried to remind him that the machine was down, he continued with his rant until I walked out to get the cash that was needed for my vehicle`s work. His attitude and unprofessionalism made this the ABSOLUTE worse auto repair experience that I`ve ever endured. Even after having no vehicle for nearly 6 hours, not being able to use my credit card, and even learning that the problem wasn`t even solved, all of that pales in comparison to the owner, Mr. Robinson himself. If you want to be treated like crap, by all means, get your car serviced at Robinson. If you want quality service, kindness, AND customer appreciation, please go elsewhere .
