I had a diagnostic test done on my car. Because when I put the key in the ignition it wouldn`t start up right away. I had to crank it up 2 or 3 times before it would start. I was told it was a fuel pump concern. I was skeptical because from my experience I thought it would have been the alternator or starter. I took it to the dealership and the problem they found was in fact a dead cell in the battery. I called to se... view moree what the owner had to say about it. I was told well what you want me to do about it. I was appalled by the response I expected to be told I will refund your money at the least an apology. Instead I was told well I don?ˆ™t know what you want me to do. I was mislead to believe that their test would have found the problem when in fact it didn`t. I`m not a mechanic but if the battery was the issue then their test should have indicated so. I don`t deal with unethical businesses like this that try to scam a woman or anyone for that matter out of money and diagnosing a problem that didn`t exist at my expense. It`s bad business not to mention bad customer service. I know were in a recession but if this is what my $48 charge had to keep them afloat then God bless them. Taking advantage of customers to pay their bills is dishonorable. I will never ever do business with this company. I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint about this issue I don`t know what test they did on my car but from what I understand it should have found the initial problem with my vehicle!
