I`ve been going to Loftis Automotive for 10 years. I have found them to be very trustworthy and honest. They have had numerous opportunities to take advantage of a situation and have always displayed high standards for ethics. Their skills are very broad and I`ve had them do everything from brakes to replacing transmissions. All of the repairs were performed promptly and within the original estimate. While I... view more tend to use drive-bye places for oil changes, whenever I`m in need a of repair that affects the safe operation of the car, or requires confidence in a mechanic`s abilitiy, then I go to Loftis. There is nothing more important than having a mechanic you can trust work on the car your child drives. In my case, that would be Loftis.

I`m shocked!

I received a refereal from a friend for a automotive repair service, I was told this place was the best, well I can`t speak for their skill because I never got that far, when I called to make an appointment someone answered the phone and said "God Damm, I wish you people would quit calling" and then hung up on me. How RUDE! I thought people in the south were friendly and considerate, obviously they must be ... view morenortherners. Hey guy`s evryone has bad days, but you never answer the phone that way no matter what mood you are in or what is going on in your personal life, never, never, that is the one thing that is never exceptable and do you know why? Beacuse, guess what my impression of your business is, and what do you think I am going to tell everyone I know, maybe right now your business is flying high and doing sooooooooooo good that you hate to answer the phone, but keep treating people like that and you won`t need to answer the phone anymore because no one will call you for fear of being subjected to vulgar profanity, and hostility. Shame on you Mr. Business man! OH! by the way did you ever think about getting voice mail to answer the calls in an appreciate manner so you can handle the auto repairs without interuption, yea! It`s this new invention it`s called voice mail and it will answer the calls so you can screen them later, WOW what a great idea!
