If you are thinking about going here?ˆ¦ DON?ˆ™T. Worst body shop experience I have ever had. When I took it in I had front end damage including a broken manifold. While replacing the manifold their inexperienced half wit mechanic broke the manifold crods over tube at for which they made me pay for. Do not go here unless you are willing to wait! I understand how vehicles take some time to repair, but this car took over 40 days. Not to mention being told 7 different lies that it would be done. They get the car 3/20, assess the damage and ordered parts, and tell me it will be done on Weds 3/27. I call 3/26 and they say they had to wait on a right frame rail to ship so it would be finished on 3/29...no big deal... view more. I call 3/29 and they said it would be done 4/1 due to the parts coming in late. I am currently without a car so they agree to provide a rental car and say it will be done at the end of the week (4/5). I have the rental for another week not even bothering to know what is going on with my car. They say it is currently getting painted and will be finished 4/17. I call 4/17 and they say it will be ready in the morning, 4/18. I never receive a call on 4/18, I call 4/19 and they say it is still getting painted!! I wait another weekend, and call Monday 4/22. They say they are waiting for a RADIATOR to be shipped to them, and it will be there that day and the car would be compete 4/22. I call 4/23 and they say it is not done!! I call 4/25 and they say they are waiting for the headlights! I finally lose my patience and ask them why they have lied to me 7 times, and they say it will be done today, and finally it is done. The actual repair looks legitimate, it was the false completion dates and waiting time that was absolutely frustrating. It seemed like they ordered parts, fixed them, and ordered more parts, fixed those, and kept going instead of ordering all the parts at once and replacing the damaged parts. I felt like it was a joke and it would never be finished. I normally don`t write reviews, but this really got to me. These last two months were very stressful, especially since it was illegal for my wife to drive the rental car being under 21.

Do not go to this place!!! We took my car for an estimate for a dent in the door and was told $850. It was not very noticeable but we decided to have it repaired for resale purposes. The lady who hit the car sent me a check for the estimated amount. We dropped the car off for the repair and about an hour later they called and said it would be $1200 (almost 50% more!) as they had to replace the door. I told them not to do the repair as I would not do business with such questionable business practices and I picked the car up. When I arrived, they had already sanded a large part of the door and now it has to be repaired.
