I purchased a 1999 ford taurus and almost immediately after purchasing it the brakes were squealing , i left message after message for uncle joes to call me back and finally after 5 messages over 3 days received call to take care to his mechanic to find out that the cars brake drums/shoes were cracked and a pulley out of alignment causing serpentine belt to be shredded advised uncle joes and even those these were pr... view moree-existing conditions am being told they are normal wear an tear issues and so is not their problem and not covered under my extended warranty i am paying extra for along with my car payment. I have since asked four different mechanics who all state that this was a pre-existing condition and the car was broken when i purchased it. The day i bought it i took the car to the mechanic that uncle joe reccommended he checked car and said it was a good car this is also the same mechanic uncle joe had me take car back to when he finally returned my call. When i bought the car did not realize that the mechanic was on uncle joe`s payroll and is being paid by uncle joe or i would of taken to a different mechanic . But i was trusting because i had purchased a 1997 ford taurus from uncle joes and the only problem i had with it was i had to have the entire break line replaced because it had rusted through from the front of the car to the rear of the car and the gas line had rusted through which were pre-existing conditions and uncle joe had those repairs done quickly and without added expense to me for pre-existing condition . So me being a trusting person i thought i had found a honest reliable use car dealership who actually cared about his clients and not just about swindling unsuspecting clients to make the most almighty dollars he could.
