They are incompetent. The supervisor John and Kyle are bums. They walk around all day, never getting their hands dirty or interacting with customers. They`ll sit you down in the waiting room and will never tell you when your vehicle would be ready. After getting my oil changed, I notice the bolt underneath my SUV was stripped. So the next person that changes my oil would have to cut off the bolt. My car hasn?ˆ™t reache... view mored 10k miles yet. My advice is to take your car somewhere else.

I went to this organization for a simple tune up (oil change and new spark plugs), window switch, tire sensor replace, and brake light bulb. They had my truck for 7 hours while I waited in the customer service room. When they gave it back I drove 10 miles down the road and it started shaking. Later on the engine light came on. I took it back the next day. After waiting another 4 hours in the customer service room the... view more service supervisor John Campbell and manager Scott said I needed a new engine due to 4 implausible reasons they could not explain. John agreed to my vehicle being in good condition when I brought it there and Scott could not figure out why they had my vehicle so long. After legal talk begin to surface both Scott and John started screaming the usual "high miles and previous condition?ˆ? excuse. After two weeks with no resolution in site, John said Scott; the manager will not talk to me because I filed a complaint. Therefore leaving the supervisor, John, with a problem that is beyond his pay grade to solve.
