Great Customer Service!

I started searching for auto part stores to compare prices for Rotars for my truck. My first call was to Advanced Auto Parts Store. I spoke with Angel, who was so pleasant on the phone. I advised him what I was looking for and he asked me, "well, what size to you need?" Needless to say I know nothing about a vehicle only that when told that something need to be replaced, I replace it. I explained to the gentleman th... view moreat I had not a clue...Lol... but he was kind enough to explain everything, give me different prices and models of the parts, and also explained that if the Rotars are bad, 9 times out of 10 so are the break pads. Also advised that if I called prior to coming, would have all the items that I needed, and on top of this explained to me the Price Match which would allow me to shop around and if I found a lower price, they would match it. Not only did he save me money, he saved me an extra trip by telling me that my brake pads may need to be replaced so all of my needs were resolved in the one call to him. Now adays you find people always getting over on others when it comes to purchasing items or when money is involved. Not here....great job!. Thanks for going above and beyond!
