Worst Auto Parts Store Experience EVER!

One day they were very helpful in figuring out the problem I was having with my truck. I purchased a Haynes Repair Manual which they let me look at in the store. A couple days later I found that same manual that I had purchased years before. When I tried to return the manual that I had just bought, they wouldn`t take it back. The worst part was their attitude. They wouldn`t tell me why they wouldn`t take it back... view more, just that I couldn`t return it. There manager wouldn`t give a reason either. They didn`t tell me that I couldn`t return it when I purchased it, and they refused to give a reason why I couldn`t.
