Terrible customer service

There was a guy working behind the counter who talked to me the entire time with his back turned. He was so rude, unfriendly & treated me like I was stupid. I wish I could give them zero stars!

This company was without a doubt a DELIGHT from beginning to end! I had to call, at 9am, on a SUNDAY, and was greeted with a friendly, helpful voice, that told me a truck would be available before I would be able to! I met the extremely kind man, Derick, who chatted with me all of the way from SUMMERVILLE where he picked me up, to my car, which was broken down on the other side of Holly Hill! He then -quickly- pulled... view more the car onto the flat bed truck and we chatted all of the way home. He was wonderful about having an UPSET girl in his truck, madder then a wet hornet about having TWO flat tires because of someone else who didn`t even stop. The price of $160 was EXTREMELY fair, considering it was a Sunday, before noon even, and we had to drive nearly 40 minutes to my car and then 40 minutes back. I could not have been happier, and I will be calling them again if the need ever arises.

He saw an opportunity to make an easy buck off a working man and took full advantage of the situation. If you`re looking for someone that cares about you, DO NOT use Davis Towing.

As owner of another tow company I myself have used this company.... The owner of this company strives to provide the best service he can and does so very well.... We refer all calls we cannot take to this company....

Towing

My battery died while I was driving! I managed to pull into a driveway. The homeowner tried to jumpstart my car but it didn`t work so they recommended Davis Towing. They were great. The driver was in uniform, very professional and courteous. The tow truck was clean and comfortable. I now recommend Davis Towing to everyone.
