"experience it once, and you`ll never forget it!" Yea, I will never forget how poorly I was treated. When buying a car from Jim Hudson, please be prepared to play the ages old bargaining game. You know -let me talk to my finance guys, let me get the manager. The only reason I bought the damn car is because it was the edition of the Mustang that you normally cant find on the East Coast, and they were ... view morethe only ones who had it. So I tell them that my car payment cannot be over $385. They come back to me with an offer of $475 a month. Um, no. I told them hey, I don`t have bad credit what`s the deal? after haggling for an HOUR I finally gathered my things and walked out. Right out the door a manager with an accent comes out and brings me back in and I tell him my car payment cannot be over $385 a month. He says OK, lets do $410, and puts him hand out for me to shake. How slimy can you be? Meanwhile I figure out that they are trying to offer me $1500 LESS than what my trade in was Kelly Blue booked for. That took an additional 20 minutes to sort out. We finally agree on a $390/mo payment. So as I am signing the paperwork I notice I no longer have the Certified Pre-Owned status on the Mustang. I was told during the haggling that it would include this. Again, how slimy can you be? They NEVER told me I didn`t have the warranty when we were coming to the deal, I would have never agreed. They just hoped I wouldn`t notice and sign the papers. These guys try to be real slick and pull a fast one on you. A friend of mine recently purchased a car from JT`s Kia and as I tagged along I was blown away by their customer service. Don`t choose Jim Hudson. You`ll never forget it.

I have been very disappointed with the customer service at Jim Hudson Ford. I dealt with Wayne Cooper as a salesman, and he was short when we first talked. I then dealt with the used car manager, Jesse and the new car manager, Randy. Both of the managers did not call me back when they said they would. I found Randy to be extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone, and when I showed up person to talk to him, he had... view more no clue who I was, or what he was trying to find for me. I told him in person that I was appalled by the customer service, and it still has not improved. I even left a message for the general manager, Joe, and still have not heard back from him. Not only was the communication extremely lacking, but during the week I gave them to work on finding me a car, they managed to run my credit 14 times!!!
