NICE JOB!!!!
I took my 2010 BMW in for to get my air conditioner checked, i thought i just needed freon, but the techs found a couple more things wrong with car which they found in the diagnostic test...I had previously taken my vehicle to BMW a week ago and was not made aware of the existing problems..The receptionist dropped me off at work and when she picked me back up at 5:00 all the necessary repairs were complete..Over a... view morell this was a good and unexpected experience for me and i will be be returning for an oil change in 90 days :) The guys are very knowledgeable and i was very pleased to work w/ someone that actually knew what they were doing and not just guessing and overcharging me..Now that i have met these guys i know that i am now in good hands and do not need to spend alot of money at the dealerships

BEWARE
I took my car in for repair. Before the repair was done I was called and told they were going to "clean" the air mass which would be $300 if that did not work then they would need to replace the part. If they had explained to me that the "cleaning" if it did not work would not be deducted from the additional expense to repair the car. So a $600 repair became a $925 repair. Slick wording on the... view moreir part by telling me what they were going to do, instead of asking me which I prefer. A $300 maybe or a $600 definite......no brainer I would have selected the definite.
