Save yourself the trouble!!!

My son found a vehicle he loved. Got a price of 12000.00. He is trying to get his first vehicle without a consigned they pulled a credit report for 2 agencies just happened his credit was only reported to experian...the only one they wouldn`t pull. Finally he walked into the dealer with a "cash in hand" check tonight and low and behold!!!! They raised the price 2000.00 since Wednesday!!!! They weren`t makin... view moreg any money when he tried to get his own financing so they raised the prices so we couldn`t deal. Their communication was null and void!!! Save yourself the time of even stopping. They are not trustworthy.

Tried to sell us a car they already sold...

I just tried to purchase a vehicle through Victory - spent all day back and forth on the phone with their used sales manager who was incredibly hard to get a hold of and slow to respond when they`d promise a return phone call. After getting the paperwork going, the salesman went to get the car and realized the car wasn`t on the lot. Apparently it had been sold and no one realized it. We wasted an entire day back a... view morend forth on the phone with them, organizing shipping and financing. How could they not realize they were selling me a car that had already been sold?! They then had the nerve to try and sell us another vehicle and tried to tell us they would be `taking a loss` on it by offering it to us at the price they did when they took a whopping $400 off the price. We had a very negative experience with Victory Chevrolet and will never do business with them.
