Reliable Service and They Stand by Their Work!
I just wanted to share a great success story when it comes to car repair in the Charlotte Metro area. I would recommend B and R Body Shop with Joe DeLuca as the mananger hands down!
Joe, Lester and the rest his crew helped me out big time. My Honda Civic had this weird coating on the headlights that prevented the headlights to beam brightly. I had been driving around like this for some time, to the point ... view morethat it got so bad that I had a panic attack driving in traffic early one morning because I couldn`t see the white lines in front of me! So I decided to do something about it! I called Pep Boys thinking that it was simply the headlights that needed to be replaced. But after speaking to a gentleman named Alan he recommened B and R Bodyshop on South Blvd. in Charlotte.
So after calling the Honda dealer and discovering that each headlight would cost upwards of $200 each. I called B&R Bodyshop and was greeted by a knowledgable man named Joe DeLuca who put my concerns to ease! I drove over there, he took a look at the car and explained the situation and even took the time to look over the rest of the car, answering any question I had.
I set up an appointment for the next day, sat in a clean waiting room and in two hours they had my car repaired and ready to go! They were professional, curtosey and thoughtful of my situaiton. I was so impressed with their service I recommended another friend to their company, and I am going back there to have my timing belt replaced!
