We called other dealership and this is the one that really seamed to care. We purchased 2 vehicles..very pleased with service paperwork took longer than I thought it would be. I would recomend to anyone to go there.

Went there to buy a Jeep. Called first to make sure the Jeep I wanted was available. Was told there were 3 Jeeps that I could choose from. Drive there with my checkbook 30 minutes after I called and those 3 Jeeps mysteriously disappeared. I asked for an inventory list of what was available on the lot. Was told no such list exists. Really? I was told the only way to know what is available was to wander around the lot.... view more What a joke. I went to Hilton Head and bought my Jeep. Don`t waste your time. This is your quintessential cheesy sleazy sales tactics style dealership. Not my style.

I had a cluncking noise on my ...

I had a cluncking noise on my car, sooo...I took it in to have it checked out. The service guys were real friendly, I think his name was Rich....anyway he did not treat me like an idiot (clunking noise) and after a short time they fixed the problem and had me back on the road! I hope my car doesn`t break down again but if it does.....I know where i`m going!! These guys are great!

Great Service and Great Work ...

Great Service and Great Work I bring both my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado and my wife`s 2005 Jeep Liberty to them. From everything to basic oil changes on her Liberty, (their oil change programs are the best, offering 4 for 70, 12 for 155 or even 20 changes for 210!! Where else are you going to get your oil changed 20 times for 10$ each time!!!!) They are always very helpful, treat me right and never try to sell me something that I don`t need. I would recommend them to anyone with any vehicle for most maintence and repairs needed.

What a pleasant experience! By far and away the best and most fun people to deal with when buying a car! My salesman, Paul Smith, did not waste my time, he listened closly to what i was after, and found the exact Jeep I wanted. The other guys I worked with and met (sorry I don`t remember their names) were all very nice and actually made it pretty fun while I was there. I was surprised how much was going on while I wa... view mores there, it was pretty busy. (guess I wasn`t the only one who has heard good things about this place). Anyway, after soime paperwork, and getting the Jeep ready, I left in my bright red Wrangler 4 door with a really good feeling about my decision to purchase here.. i will tell everyone about Paul and all the guys at the Jeep store on Rivers Ave! bad services

i took my car their to have some repairs from somone hitting me in the back, it took them a whole month to start on my truck i gad to keep calling, on top of that they wreck the front of my car, im battling about that now, dont use their body shop your car may leave with more damage then it came in with.
