DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR CAR!!!!!! By far the worst experience I`ve ever had with a repair shop. I am a novice mechanic at best, and I prefer to do my own work but in this case I did not have the time to do so. I ended up with a bent and broken parts from their repair/ overhaul that wasn`t even necessary for the original problem with the car . I eventually did the job myself because the ""mechani... view morec"" couldn`t figure out the problem. After towing the car back to my house I figured out what the problem was in 5 mins and proceeded to fix it myself. If there was a negative star rating I would have clicked it!

Live in Mt Pleasant and reques...

Live in Mt Pleasant and requested AA Transmission to check my transmission, towed in for free and after review found no issues , just low fluid. There was no charge and the business and people were very professional

im incredibly happy

These guys couldnt have been any better to me, im stationed down in Georgia and come up to see my parents every weekend, this past trip the rear end in my truck blew the bearings, these guys not only explained to me how and why it happened but assured me that with the new rear end it would be a long time before i had any more problems, bottom line i would deffiniteley recommend these guys to anyone else who needs a g... view morereat shop that does great work, thanks again to the guys at AA transmission Doctors and MR. They are good at what they do

this transmission shop does good work and they do stand behind the work they perform. I have had a couple of vehicles serviced by this shop over the years... I have had an issue or two, but they always go out of the way to make sure that I`m taken care of, I have never paid a dime over what the original repair ticket was, even if i had to bring the vehicle back again for a small repair. and i`ve never been spoken to ... view morerudely. Automobiles are machines, machines break eventually, these guys are a great place to have them repaired because they understand that. and they know that they will continue to break... i dont think that the people writing the poor reviews understand that... My rating is very good because thats what the service is. In my opinion no autoshop could ever get a 5 star rating, just by principle, but this is definitely one of the best i`ve dealt with.

Transmission headache cured...

I have had problems with my Mercury Sable`s transmission for the last year. I spent 1700 bucks with these guys back in Sept. of 2010. The car ran great then for some reason I had more problems. I had it towed back to the shop so they could honor the warranty. At first the lady I dealt with would not help me. I called Mr. Hugh Williams the next day. He said he would take care of my car personally. A few days l... view moreater I picked it up with no charge. The car is running better now than iit has in awhile. I think they even fixed the idle on it too.
Mr Williams assured me that the car was now in great running condition. His work was prompt. I appreciate his personal help. He also told me if I have anymore problems to just bring it back in to the shop.
Thank you Mr Williams. We look forward to having you service our other vehicles when the time comes..

You don`t get what you pay for

They have you pay for somthing that they don`t fix. I have a transmission rebuild there and the guy say he will replace all of moving parts in it and a new seals but he just fix what was wrong with it and he keep a the seals that look good and one of the seals that he said that was good is not and now the transmission is leaking and everytime it go back he said it is not and I am putting fuild in it every two days. M... view morey transmisson still have 10 months on the warranty on it out of the year they give to you. My transmisson now have more problems Like if it is cold outside or sit over night my car would not move. my car have to run about 2mins than it move. I never had this problem with my car before It toke it to them. Why I toke it to them to be rebuild is because my Overdrive stop working. and that was the only problem I had with it and now I have more problems. My car is still under warranty I have 10 months on it out of the years they give you.

These guys SUCK!

I had some simple Transmission issues that turned into over a year of total BS with these guys. Lying and keeping my car for weeks.....I would drive up there to find my car had not moved for 10+ days. Totally incompetent and crappy work. Scratched up my car, broke other parts and left me with the issues to replace these parts and have them fall off while I am driving. THESE GUYS SUCK!
