His expertise is hard to match and the estimates he gives are quite low compared to other mechanics. I`ve gone here for an oil and transmission fluid change, as well as tire rotation.

Slow, Sloppy, and Destructive.
Honestly, if I could give a zero-star review I would. Our car was damaged by hail in April, it is the end of July and we`re just now getting it back, with extra interior damage courtesy of Wilburn.
We dropped the car off and we were told it would take a few weeks to replace the damaged panels, windshield, and side view mirror. Our insurance company Geico was handling the claim; they`d brought in reps from out ... view moreof state to help deal with the claims. Wilburn and Geico did not keep us updated on the status of our car. At one point maybe three weeks into the repairs we called and we were told the windshield had ""just been replaced"". Another time we called (weeks after their deadline was passed) we were told the headliner had fallen and they would `try to fix it`.
After over a month of `working on` our car they finally claimed it was complete and boasted they had done a ""quality check"". When we arrived to pick up the car they`d pulled it under a shaded overhang which masked a lot of what was still wrong with it and the damage they had done to it.
My car was returned to me in the following condition:
The gas tank was empty.
The windshield had not been replaced as they previously claimed.
The view mirror was still broken.
The passenger seat leather was badly damaged and black spots (which I presume were mold) covered the seat.
Center console, which was cracked previously in a few places, now had a large patch of buckling cracks in the leather.
One of the visor caps (the plastic that attaches your visor to the roof of the car) was missing, the other was covered in glue or tape or some sticky substance.
We gave them a call and were told to bring the car back. Unfortunately Geico had returned our rep to his own city and we had to deal with a new rep who was ill-informed and argumentative. They argued about the windshield. Then they argued that the view mirror wasn`t their problem when it was supposed to be on the original estimate. They claimed the center console was not their problem. They said they`d detail the car, replace the windshield, fix the electronics, `talk about` the mirror, and `talk about` the seat and have it back to me in ""a day or two AT THE MOST"".
A week later we called them, mentioned being unable to replace the seat because the model was so old and they were looking for alternatives. Almost two weeks after that we called and we were told they didn`t believe the damage to the seat was their problem because it was `age damage`. Our Geico rep also informed us that they would not be paying for the seat, which should not have even been mentioned, Wilburn had clearly caused the damage and needs to repair what they damaged. We value our car and treat the leather and never leave it in direct sunlight, the damage they caused has reduced the value of our car.
We decided to take the car elsewhere to get estimates on the seat, since we feel Wilburn isn`t owning up to their responsibility. When we got the car back it was filthy, though we had dropped it off clean. The passenger seat still had extensive damage to the leather, though they`d scrubbed the black spots off. The rest of the issues had been fixed. And they left us a new rip in the leather on the driver`s side door.
So in the end, it took almost two months to complete repairs that were supposed to take `a couple weeks`. My passenger seat, center console, and driver`s side door have leather damage that was either not there before, or in the case of the center console, not as extensive before. And our car, which was delivered to them three weeks ago for further repairs and to repair the damage that THEY caused is now filthy and covered in mud because they apparently feel that is an appropriate condition to return a customer`s car in.
