Phenomenal service

I typically do not take the time to write reviews of businesses on the internet. However, after the experience I had at Liberty, I felt I had to share. I came in this past Sunday looking for new vehicles for me and my wife. Although only one of us drove off in a new GMC, we were both so pleased with our experience. At the end of it, you are tired, worn out, and willing to sell you firstborn child to go home. This was absolutely NOT the case at Lliberty. Our customer service was superb. We were in the middle of the showroom for the majority of the time (until, obviously, we needed to sign papers). We never once felt pressure or coerced. Everyone from the sales person to the manager were friendly and treated us with respect. They did everything they could to accommodate us. We drove out from Concord to buy the car from Liberty because of the reviews on line (we have a dealership 5 minutes from our house). It was worth the extra time on the road. I would HIGHLY recommend Liberty to anyone interested in a GMC or Buick!

We have bought two vehicles from Liberty and were very impressed with the professionalism of all parties involved in our transactions. They were courteous, caring, interested in our wants and needs and very patient in our dealings.

Ive bought many cars at Liberty and will continue to because of the friendly staff and experience. I don`t feel uncomfortable like at other dealers. They never pressure me when I come in and the service department is top notch! Don`t go anywhere else for a car!

Best Dealership in town!

When it came time to buy a new car, I dreaded it. I went everywhere and was disappointed with the usual salesmen attacking like zombies on the last man alive. But Liberty was different. A salesman approached me calmly and asked if I needed assistance. He was great, right from the start! Answered all my questions, and didn`t push me into a stack of paperwork. Honest Auto Dealer
