READ BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! The initial process is great. 1k down and you get your totally inspected bumper to bumper 30day warrantied DOT ready Dyno`d truck. So your asked to put insurance on the equipment before you even see it to speed up the paper process. WRONG WRONG WRONG. See your equipment before you put insurance on it. The frame has been totally painted to hide the rust and so on. The trucks have not been Dyno... view more`d, have not been pre maintenance work outside of any obvious major work. They haven`t even greased the 5th wheel for you so you know they haven`t greased anything else. Once you drive off with the truck, you are on your own. You may get a light bulb changed but if you need any major work done within your warranty. Your truck salesman "DAVE" will leave you stuck on the side of the road and will not answer the phone or call you back. Dave will do all he can not to cover the repair. After finally getting your repair approved Dave will wait until the end of the day before he goes home to pay the bill to ensure you have a entire day of down time. So if you break down at 0700 in the morning and it takes 1hr for the repair to be done then your repair will not be paid until 4:30. This review is to shine some light on the program put in place for drivers trying to better there selves and hope that things will be handled differently for future drivers. If you can and able to partake in another program then please do take advantage of the opportunity because the truck salesman in place at meadowbrook "Dave" is not there to help right now. He`s there to take from you and as long as things are going good with your equipment then he is your best associate but as soon as thing go bad then he scans his caller ID for your number and will not answer or call back. Im not a bitter driver. I have gotten 4 of my fellow drivers on with meadowbrook and 3 out of the 5 have had problems with getting repairs covered and even call backs but the other 2 drivers have perfect relationships with "Dave". Drivers be careful and consider yourself warned.!!! Good Luck.
