DO NOT GO TO NORTHWOODS AUTO unless you don`t really need a car and have about lots of money to throw away. They sold me a piece of junk that had no heat, air conditioning, interior lighting, radio, signal lights. When I test drove it, all of this worked, then BAM, as soon as I got it home, it was like someone flipped a switch. They put 8 QUARTS OF OIL in it which you know what that could have done if I hadn`t draine... view mored it. They changed the mileage on the vehicle so that it would appear that it only had 9,000 actual miles. After having it for only 2 months, they repossessed it and accused me of having no insurance. After presenting them my insurance information and demanding they bring it back, they drove it back to my house. I went outside about an hour later to go to the store and lo and behold it wouldn`t start. So I had a vehicle that I was paying out the a** for that wouldn`t run. I was about 10 days late on my payment, then they repossessed it again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will follow you around and repo your car for the hell of it.

Place is a RIP-OFF!!! Steer clear they are gonna charge you 3x what the car is actually worth they are out to just take advantage of people with bad credit not help them for instance a car/truck worth 2k they`re gonna charge 6k plus tax/tag/fees no including what they`re gonna screw you with interest so a car/truck only worth 2k you`re gonna pay 9k+ if you care like I do pass this on to your friends Northwoods Automo... view moretive is a RIP!!! The people that work there are also very unhelpful and uneducated about what they have on their lot. You ask questions and you are told a wish wash of crap and they don`t have a clue. There are many dealerships in the Charleston area that are actually out to help people not take advantage just pass Northwoods and find one that`s worth it.

Dont go here they sell you a lemon and then expect you to fix it I bought a vehicle there and we had some issues prior to purchasing it they said they would fix it and sold me extended warrenty and the extended said it was like that when you bought it and they left me holding the ball they kept my car for 3 weeks that just past the lemon law and said they fixed it charges me 400 dollars. they never fixed it so I l... view moreet them come get it they got enough money out of me to pay for the stupid van and I was stuck because I signed a paper that says AS IS they f**ked me over
