I towed my Ford Explorer to this shop when it wouldn`t start. There was no after-hours drop box for us to leave our keys and no answering machine on their phone number telling us where to put the keys, so we took the keys by the next day. My wife called later for a status update, at which point the mechanic said that the battery had required a new post, & that the bill was $105.00! We never approved the work to be do... view morene, but felt stuck. We went in to pick it up, and he said they only take cash. He was about to close, so we had to go ANOTHER day without our vehicle. We finally got our car back tonight, but we paid more to fix our old battery than it would have cost us to buy a new one!
