Stay Away!

I took my vehicle to Mark?ˆ™s because it was leaking two different types of oil on my driveway. I was going away for two weeks on business and I told them what I was seeing on my driveway and when I would return. I didn?ˆ™t hear anything back from them for over a week and when I did hear back they told me I had a hose that was leaking transmission fluid and they fixed it. I asked them to look the vehicle over and see ... view moreif they could find anything else wrong with it. They never called back, and when I called them they said everything else was fine. When I drove my vehicle home, it was still leaking on my driveway. I called them right away and they said bring it back. I was going out of town again, so I left it with them for another week. An hour after I dropped it off the second time, I received a call saying they found 3 separate leaks! They could find nothing in two weeks, but in an hour they found $650 worth of problems. I said, okay and just fix the problem. I picked the vehicle up and drove it home just to find it LEAKING worse than it was to start with. I called again and they apologized and said they would come and get it with the tow truck and get it fixed. Three hours after they picked it up, I received a call saying they lost the key to my vehicle. They said some other part was bad causing my vehicle to leak in the same spot they repaired earlier. When I picked up my vehicle the 3rd time, they charged me another $100 and didn?ˆ™t replace the key they lost. When I brought this up, they gave me $10 off my bill. Now, I have to take more time out of my day and go get a key made! And to top it all off, they ruined my steering wheel cover with oily hands! This place is a JOKE?ˆ¦.STAY AWAY!

I took my car to Marks for a problem and the staff was very professional and very friendly. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and and then fix it in a timely manner.They are a great family owned local business!!!!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
