Mr. Fulton took $20,000.00 CASH off of me for some work. Deal fell through due to my customer`s backing out. "Mr." Fulton WILL NOT make any attempt to settle with me. I have offered him restocking fees, taking much less than I paid for any type of resolution. HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE RESTITUTION OR GIVE ME BACK ANY OF MY $20,000.00.!!!!!!
