These guys are crooks. I went in to get my inspection and they came back with a list of $400 worth of "repairs" that needed to be done to fix my car to pass inspection. First, they said that I needed new tires (which all met the tread depth requirement) and then said I needed 2 new belts because one was dry-rotted (which actually you don`t even have to replace this belt for inspection, but it wasn`t dry r... view moreotted anyway) and in turn they would have to replace another one because to get to that one they would have to pull another dry rotted one off. I had to take my car all the way to Winston to go to our family mechanic that passed everything and had to prove to the DMV that he wasn`t just passing it. When I got the call from Tire Kingdom that this was what was going on, I was getting a pedicure and the guy working there looked up and said "you didn`t take your car to the tire kingdom on south blvd, did you?" I said yes - apparently they tried to rip him off of $500 and scammed his mom out of $1k out of unneeded work. I`ve never had a problem with any other tire kingdom, but they have lost my business for good due to this one shady shop. DO NOT GO THERE!
