Macco-WORST customer service and paint job!

I have used Maaco couple of times, and the services were fair so I decided to bring my vehicle to them to get body work and painted. I just needed a side of the vehicle painted but the employee recommended for me to paint the whole car because it would be the same price. I agree to that. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the whole vehicle had orange peel look to it. When I went inside to ask the employee about it, h... view moree said " you get what you pay for, that is our basic paint job." I was never informed of the different varieties of paint job that were available to me. While speaking to the employee the owner of the Maaco body shop came up and started yelling at me, telling me that I should`ve known my options. When I told him " Why are you yelling, I am a customer." `He replied " So what, that doesn`t make a difference." when I asked him to negotiate with me he just said " You better pay for the job or bring me the title to the vehicle." I have never experienced such horrible service, especially from an owner. I work on cars as a job, the only thing I don`t do is paint, but I will never step a foot inside that body shop ever again. It is a shame to have such an unprofessional owner( i believe his name was Frank). I was never stated my options for the paint job, and then had to pay the price for that. They really need to step it up, or they will lose more business from others.
