Very Bad Experience

Worst mechanic I`ve ever been to. Brought my car in for service in the afternoon. Didn`t hear anything from them by 11 the next morning. I called to see what was going on and was told they were busy and had not yet got to it. By 2:15 that afternoon still had not heard anything from them. Called again and was told they just started looking at it. 5:15 rolled around and they STILL had not called me. Finally had my husb... view moreand called and he was informed that they couldn`t fix it and we could pick it up THE NEXT DAY. They never called, we had to call everytime to get any info. To top it all off, after I had to bring my car to the dealership I was informed that they mechanic from Bert`s had cracked my engine cover trying to get it off. My husband called and asked him about this and Bert said he cracked it ""a bit"" but that the dealership must have broken it and it was already cracked a bit when he worked with it. I just bought my car 6 months ago and it was fine before I brought it to Bert`s. Do not use this mechanic. Horrible service and work ethic!

***RIP OFF DONT TRUST THEM THE WORST MECHANIC IN TOWN***

BETS A RIP OFF, STOLE OUR MONEY PUT BAD PARTS IN OUR VEHICLE AND WOULD STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!!!! STOLE OUR HUB CAPS AS WELL HE WOULDN`T GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK AND NEVER FIXED OUR CAR!!
