funny about bad reveiws

I brought my car in for tint and it was done by the owner who treated us great and very professional..the price was fair and the work was perfect.I was asked to write a reveiw and so I am.this buisness has been here 20 years and its appearent that only people that want to complain write these there should be lots more positive but hey if there are only 2 bad reveiws how many satisfied customers are there..just a litt... view morele food for thought

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!..... This horribly operated business should be avoided at all costs. The owner portrays no professionalism what so ever. The only concern is taking your money and doing the worst job in town. I made an appointment to have my windows tinted. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was quickly informed that I would have to wait for someone else to have their work done first. I should have seen the writing on the wall and left but i know things happen and decided to give them a chance. I was told the car would be ready in 3 hours. i returned after 4 hours only to told that it would be another 45 minutes and the employee still hasn`t shown up. How is this any concern of mine and why should it be my problem. I returned again after 1 hour only to be told it would be another 45 minutes by the owner who quickly jumped in his car and left. Good job on finishing the 3 hour job you quoted me. The late arriving employee finished my tint job which took an additional 90 minutes. I asked if he just started the job when he got there and he just avoided my question. The employees who work there are just as unprofessional as the owner and lack any customer service skills. The tint on my car has bubbles all through it because the slackers did not clean the windows before applying the tint. The cut lines of the tint were sloppy and not straight. Just as though someone who had been up all night drinking would do with a hangover. I left the windows rolled up for 1 week so they could dry. When I rolled them down there was curled up tint and jagged edges at the top of the windows. I cannot express the disappointment I have for the work done. I had to give a 1 star rating just so i could write a review. TO BAD I can`t rate a negative star. The job cost $200 and that was to much for what i received. Also they give a lifetime warranty on the work but why would anyone return for further abuse at the hands of these unprofessional slackers to say the least. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!..... Stay away from this JOKE of a business and take your vehicle to any other tint shop.

great service and fast friendly service

I brought my car to a big chain shop and was told it would cost me 1100 to fix my car. I wanted a second opinion and a friend told me to bring it to custom car and truck..barry was super friendly and showed me what was going on with my car.long story short 413 dollars later I was on the road and have had no problems since..great job guys!!!!

I wish I`d have read these rev...

I wish I`d have read these reviews before I paid $1760.00 for work done to my truck. I had them tint my windows, which turned out with bubbles, had a leveling kit installed which cost me $525 just to have my truck pulling to the right. I had them put side rails on the truck with holes drilled in the side with exposed nuts. And paid $120 for a detail job that did NOT include wax. New Owner

This auto shop is evidently now under new ownership because I had an excellent experience. The work was done efficiently and at a great price. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Never Again!!

Wow-is almost all I have to say. And not a good Wow.
I was very upset about my experience at Custom Car and Truck. They were unprofessional and took 2 1/2 hours to finish a job that took the other company I took it back to, to fix their mistake, 30 minutes to do. And I had an appointment!!! I wouldn`t recommend this business to anyone.
