valvoline instant oil change- what a joke- they charged me freakin 96 dollars for an oil change- inspection- and tire rotation- I will never come back... tire kingdom and many other places does an oil change for 20 bucks or less and tire rotations are free- this was a huge scam and I am very very disappointed.

Sat. Morn. oil change

I went to the Lube King on Franklin on a Sat. a.m. because they looked nearly empty at that hour of the morning (8:30). So, I thought I`d try them out. ( I just moved down here to NC 6 mos. ago.) I`d give them 2 1/2 stars, actually. They got the things done that I wanted relatively quickly, at a average price. I don`t mind paying the nearly $30 for the oil change service w/all the extras when it`s done right... view more, but, the $20 to get the tires rotated while it`s being worked on I thought was a bit much. $20? The place looks like it`s just trying to get by; the mgr. looked like he`d rather be anywhere else than waiting on me; the work done was, from what I can tell, done right; the help was...okay; Overall, the place is okay, but, a little pricey. If you want/need simple service done to your car, it`s alright. Anything else, they will KILL you on as far as price goes. They`re okay, but, I`m sure there has to be another place, cheaper in price, that will have better service than this place.
