THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF LOTS OF...

THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF LOTS OF MONEY!!! BEWARE!!! I bought my car used from another dealership. When the car started having problems I took it to Keith Hawthorne at which point the charged me over 1500 dollars to replace parts in my transmission then stated that it was a loose wire and then 2 weeks later they told me that it was the whole transmission needed to be replaced. I would never take another car there for... view more repairs. The GM was an idiot who didn`t care about the fact that his service department did such a crappy job. Coporate at most companies wil step in and help the customer but no not at Hyundai they stand behind the crappy job there businesses provide. This place should be shut down and the GM needs a lesson in respect.

DO NOT USE KEITH HAWTHORNE HYUNDAI!!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!! I bought a pre-owned vehicle from them last year that has since turned out to be a lemon. When I bought the truck first they charged me $1000 more than the price they had advertised online. Was going to return the truck but they fixed price and "added" a warranty to make me happy. Wonderful customer service!!

i have delt with the dealership service department 3 times now, and have had wonderful customer service each time. The most recent time the problem with my car was quickly found and a loaner car was waiting for my use tell my parts come in. The service department gets you in and out as fast as possible. I`ll keep going back.

Don`t Use Keith Hawthorne Hyundai

I`ve purchased 2 Hyundai`s over the last 2 years. I love the car, but their serice department is horrible. They make promises they don`t keep and they overcharge. Use another Hyundai dealership!!
