this place is a joke

I decides to go here and get speakers I purchased online installed aswell as some I would buy from the store. Big mistake. First the speakers instore were literally double the price of amazon but I bought them anyways. I wanted to get them installed so I wouldn`t have to worry about wiring them like o did my subs welll when I left one of the speakers I got online wasnt working. The tech wired it wrong so no sound was... view more coming out so I had to wire the speaker myself anyways after paying 80 $ for an install. Then when I went to test them out my aux cors and radio wernt working because he didn`t plug the wires in the back of the radio in all the way so I had to take it out and all that myself which I didn`t want to have to worry about. All this after spending almost 200$ their and they didn`t even make sure anything worked. Freemans audio is definitely 10x better than this place and any other shop has to be.

I had a similar experience with tint there. The customer experience was truly lacking. Future business will be taken elsewhere for sure.

Very impressive operation. Clean store with knowledgeable staff. I`ve had several vehicles worked on there and they have backed up all the work 100%. Much better then some of the backyard operations or other local shops. Above all things if something gets messed up they are fully insured and will cover any issues. There window tinting is excellent, they`ve tinted at least 10 of my family members and my own personal cars. Everyone turned out great and helped cool down my cars. To the reviewer below, any moron knows if there is existing tint on the windows it would cost extra to remove. People always expecting something for free. Not as good as the hype.

BEWARE! Make sure you get the price up front. Was told the price to tint the windows was one thing and 6hrs after dropping it off they called to tell us it`s gonna cost more money to remove the old tint before they can put the new tint on. They never looked at the car and we paid for the service before it was done. Our mistake. Make sure someone physically looks at your car before you agree and pay. As for what we p... view moreaid for........have to wait two weeks according to them to see finished result. Right now, it looks like it was done quickly and not too good. They were over booked and didnt tell us and it looks rushed. So, let`s see, 6 hours after having the car they call to tell us in order to put the new tint on they have to remove the old one first and they want to charge more and ask if it`s ok. We are a little upset, but agree. It`s an hour and a half since they called and thirty minutes past when they close so we drive there to see what is going on and there the car sits out front. Is a hour and a half enough time to do a good tint job? Not to mention it`s been there a total of 8 1/2 hrs. Not good quality work so far. May be different like they said in two weeks, we shall see.
