worst auto repair in Augusta or even Ga.!!!!
I know a lot of people don`t believe these reviews and I`m one of them that usually don`t believe either. I had a terrible experience with Mr Cliett himself. He wouldn`t stand behind his work. I never became rude to him but he became very upset and using words to describe me my mother and even my dog. He proclaims to be a Christian he even told me this between the cuss words. I`m not going to go into the work he did ... view moreand didn`t do. Just beware of this place. Pay just a little extra and take your car or truck to the dealer, you will be way ahead in the long run. Unless, you just want to go get a lesson on obscenity.

No certified mechanics won`t stand behind work.
Cliett advertises certified mechanics but don`t count on it when you get work done. I had just a transmission fluid changed and they didn`t get this right. The so called mechanic didn`t know that you need to have engine warm and running to check fluid. They filled it up 5-6 inches above fill line. I had my oil changed at another shop when he showed me the transmission level. WOW, it was extremely high and it was a mi... view moreracle that damage hasn`t occurred. I took my truck back to Cliett and the first thing he said is "we couldn`t have done that" I said no one else has touch it. Yes it was done a couple of months ago but I didn`t think I needed to check the transmission fluid after it was just serviced. I asked him about the certifications of his mechanics and he became very very angry. He yelled "well they are probably certified for somethings". REALLY? He refused to correct the problem and that`s okay because I wouldn`t let him touch any of my vehicles. I have written a letter to state attorney general because he shouldn`t be advertising certified mechanics when they are not. If his mechanics doesn`t know how to read and fill a transmission would you want them to work on your car or truck?
I wish I had read a review like this before I went there.
I wish I could give them negative 5 for a rating!
