How incredibly disappointing to pick up the vehicle to find they didn`t do everything they said they would. So many of these places do a half a-- job, and this is one more to add to the list.

What can I say, Baker Collision was fantastic the time I walked into the door till the time I picked up my car. Stephen went well beyond my expectations to make sure my Infiniti was done according to Infinities` OEM specifications. I highly recommend Baker Collision for any car especially if you have a premium car. Infiniti and a lot of new cars are now coming from the factory with a special scratch shield clear coa... view moret. The car manufacturers requires that the OEM special clear coat be applied if any body work were to be done. I went to three different body shops and Baker was the only one that understood this. I spoke with 2 Summit offices and they were absolutely 100% unprofessional. Rude and refused to apply the appropriate CC. The one in Irmo said I was stupid for getting the coating. He didn`t even know that this was a factory coating. The Summit out on Clemson said all clear coats are the same and didn`t care what Infiniti says. "I refuse to change my way of doing things" he said. D Smith Auto Body said there wasn`t such a clear coat.
