My daughter and I were travelling when our car broke down and we were towed and taken to the center. I was of course over a barrel given I was far from home and had no choice as to whether to repair my car or not. I was originally given an estimate of $700+ to replace the center support of the drive shaft for my 2002 Mercedes ML320. I checked online to find that the entire drive shaft was running between $400 and $50... view more0. They told me that they could only get the part from Mercedes and it would be the next day. When I balked they suddenly "found" another source for the part at $270. Parts and labor $495. I believe that I was overcharged for this repair and taken advantage of because of my vulnerable position. I love AAA and have used their services for years without complaint but one bad experience like this can certainly leave a bad taste in your mouth and less vacation money in your bank account. If you guys cheated me, I hope that this comment keeps you from taking advantage of other customers. If not, this center support must be lined with gold. Ms. Tobie

CV Axle boots do not tear at the top typically, they tear down in the groove at the weakest p... view moreoint. The car was only there for an OIL Change.
