Here`s my story. I was on my way home from a week`s vacation, and my 2001 Toyota Landcruiser broke down in Greenville, SC. Naturally, it was on a Saturday night and no garages were open, and in addition the problem was some where in the drive train. So, I needed a "real" mechanic. I called First Class H.A.L.T. at 8a on Sunday morning and Mark answered the phone and discussed the problem with me. I left... view more my car at his shop on Sunday (filled with my all of my luggage and the items taken on vacation), and he repaired it for me, without ever actually meeting me. In summary, the repair work was "first class" and the price was fair. His shop is extremely clean, and he and his employees are very knowledgeable and professional. He saved this weary traveler. My only regret is that he is not located in Atlanta.

After having a diagnostic run at the dealership , I took my Honda to First Class Honda ( to get a second opinion) and they were able to find a less expensive and far simpler solution for my issue. Timely and courteous - I`ll be returning for future services .

I have a 2002 Accord that need...
I have a 2002 Accord that needed a timing belt. I decided to try First Class Honda. I was very impressed with the waiting area, and the staff. Mark the owner is who I spoke with and he took care of my honda in a very timely mannner. I am so happy with the service and treatment I received, I will let all my friends know about FCH. I will definitely take my Honda back to FCH.

I felt like he cared about my car rather than hurry up get her in, get the money, and get her out. Such a different way of doing business than what I`ve grown accustomed to.
