I took my car to Dents for an appraisal and the owner really struck me as a shady character. He made no efforts to show me that he values my business, let alone the desire to work on my car. In the 30 minutes we spent together going over the my insurance estimate, he made several remarks about how his labor rate is higher than the estimate, when I asked him ""what`s a few dollars"", his response was ""well my mec... view morehanics HAVE to be paid."" I would strongly urge everyone to stay away from this shop. He only wants your money and doesn`t cares about your car!

Beware

Stay away from these people! Supposedly they are experts at high-end body repair...they couldn`t even handle my Honda. Took it back twice and they failed to repair it (both engine and body) back to close-to-original and the vehicle was only one year old. Very poor workmanship and terrible customer service. It`s family owned and run so watch out. Not to mention poor repair work, but they destroyed the inside inte... view morerior with tools, so I had to take it back for that too. They only replaced one piece and just painted over everything else. If you love your car, or even like it...stay away!
