Great Service
I took my car there to get the oil changed and while there were changing my oil they saw that my brakes were low on fluid and the pads were low. Thankfully they caught it so that my brakes didnt go out. Great people and fast too.

TREATED LIKE FAMILY
We purchased our used camry from ralph hayes toyota we were treated with the utmost repect and honesty the purchase was transparent from beginning to end they gave us a great value on our trade wich is almost unheard of in these times we shopped at both toyota stores in greenville and easley where we live we felt we were given the run around we also have had our service work done at ralph hayes toyota for several yea... view morers they alway treat us great !!! One of the things we like best is you always see the same faces which is also unheard of in these times at automobile dealerships they usually have alot of turn over we will continue to do business with ralph hayes toyota even though we live 30 miles away they have always treated us as though we lived next door

stranded
we were stranded on the interstate on our way to nj we contacted ralph hayes toyota they promptly had our car towed in they looked at the vehicle and quickly diagnoised the problem as a poor connection at the positive battery terminal and quickly got us on our way with little cost and less hassel they could of just as easily taken advantage of us they really treated us with great care and honesty we will reccommend t... view morehem to all of our friends and family

Service Dept. This is my storey
I took my wifes 2002 94k mile Camery (good car) in for AC problem. They they advised us that we do a timing belt replace, so we had that done as well. The next day the the Brad at the dealer called and said that the valve cover gaskets needed to be re placed (I`ve read that some 02 camerys had this problem)so we had them do that as well. 75.00 AC switch turned into $ 859.00. All is well and we left dealership, Af... view moreter about 300 miles the service engine light appered on dash and transmission immediately started to hesitate. We took it to the dealer the next day (one week after service) 2 miles into the trip there, complete transmission failure the next 15 miles on wrecker. After talking to same con artist service advisor, I asked if he thought that this was strange. He proceeded to tell me that its not that uncommon for a transmission at 90k miles fail and called me to inform me that it would need a new trans. $ 3695.00 (wow not that uncommon for a toyota transmission to complete failure at 90k miles) BS or more like they sabotaged my transmission. I know mechanical stuff fails but this was pretty fishy. The car has always had 30k mile trans. service and the car went from service engine light to wrecker in 5 miles. I do not trust this dealers service dept. Toyota took over the car market with qaulity cars, I guess the service dept. has to brake things to fix.
