Clarified availability of part...

Clarified availability of part on Monday. Purchased part with Credit Card over phone to ensure part when I arrived. Made arrangements to pick up part on Wednesday. Called Tuesday evening to clarify part was ready, assured it was pulled off the truck and "on the shelf" Drove two hours to pick up part to be told.
