I`ve been using Johnson`s Auto since moving to West Warwick over three years ago. Prior to this, I had always taken care of my own cars before they became more difficult to repair. I have never worried that I would be taken advantage of at Johnson`s. In fact, many times I`m pleasantly surprised with a lower repair cost than I expected. Mark Johnson is very fair, ethical, and professional. He does excellent work and g... view moreets my car back to me quickly and CLEAN. I also have him perform oil changes every 3,500 miles because I know he`ll spot a problem, if there is one. Mark and his right hand man, Jim, always make me feel cared for.

I only recently found out about this review. I would like to have answered the above review as my business but it seems this page will require me as a business to join numerous things. I remember the gentleman above and the phone conversation. He was more than welcome to put on his own wiper blades and would have passed the inspection. Honest, reputable mechanic!

I found Johnson`s Auto through AAA when I first moved to RI. I had tried a few other places around town, but liked how Dave treated me. He didn`t talk down to me, but explained. I moved to Warwick Neck and looked for a mechanic closer to me. I tried three different garages and felt taken advantage of and that I was treated poorly. Rip off kings

I moved to west warwick and needed to get my truck registered and inspected. My girlfriend took my truck to Johnson`s Auto Service. Everything was in perfect condition when she left. They sold her $40 wiper blades and said if she didnt buy them they would fail the inspection. Somehow in the 2 miles from my house to the shop my blades ripped. I doubt it.
