I had a great experience w autodrive. Kyle and Ben worked very hard to get me exactly the car I was lookin for. A bad divorce shattered my credit and I was turned away from every dealership I went to. But I went to see Kyle and he put me in a mint 2008 bmw. So for all u haters out there complaining about the high interest rate, ur credit obviously sucks and be grateful you could even buy a car. NOT EVEN STAR THEY DESERVE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I REGRET 100+ GOING TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE THE WORSE EVER. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR 6 WEEKS AND IT HAS BEEN EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES. I GOT BLACKMAILED INTO THE CAR THAT I HAVE, WHICH IS A JUNK OF A CAR FOR THE MONEY NOW THAT I HAVE TO PAY. This place is a scam of all scams. They are the true definition of what a dirty dealership is. They tell you everything you want to hear then when you need them they give you the runaround. First off they will approve you what they don`t tell you though is the interest rate would be 20%! (Don`t believe me? I`ll give you the number to the Financial Institution whom work with the dealership. Second they sell you a car ... view morebut tell you they check everything before they give it to you. Oh yea is that right? Then why was it the first day yes the FIRST day I purchased the car the battery died & the car wouldn`t start and this is AT THE DEALERSHIP! Then the sales man had the nerve to say "Oh yea the battery is dying you need to go to pep boys" I have had nothing but issues with both the customer service and the car ever since! It was to the point I had to file 2 complaints one with the Better Business Bureau & the RI Dealer`s License and Regulations Office. BUYER BEWARE! If it seems too good to be true IT IS! FYI when I went there complain about my check engine light being on at least 3 others were doing the same so I know I`m not the only one with issues!
