I am sorry Dubes79 had a bad experience. His experience is not our policy. Because this happend over three years ago I don`t remember the customer. However, there are instances where we don`t refund money like the part is returned and has clearly been broken or damaged by the customer. We also don`t accept electrical items for return. Our return policy is 90 days which is the best in the state. If you buy a par... view moret and it breaks in 90 days we will get you a replacement part or refund your money.

I purchased a defective part and they would not refund my money even thought they were unable to find a part of equal value.
